Service Requesters (such as property managers) may access the platform to submit job requests by clicking the “Get a Quote” button and completing the job request form. Briick will then provide a quote comparison report based on 1 to 3 verified Briick Members selected for the job.
Once a provider is selected and the job is completed and paid in full, the Service Requester will earn one point toward Briick’s loyalty program. After 30 completed and fully paid jobs — each with a review submitted — the Service Requester will receive a $200 digital gift card. 4. Briick Services
4.1 Job Matching and Quote Management
4.1.1 When a Service Requester (such as a property manager) submits a job or service request, Briick identifies and notifies a shortlist of verified Members who are available and qualified to perform the work. Briick is not an open job board — jobs are only sent to selected Members or made available for opt-in by relevant Members based on availability, location, and trade type.
4.1.2 Service Requesters may choose to invite quotes from specific Members or allow Members to opt in. Briick then compiles the quotes, benchmarks, and Member profiles into a report, which can be shared with landlords or other decision-makers for approval.
4.1.3 Briick does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or performance of any Member, and is not a party to the contract between a Service Requester and a Member. Once quotes are submitted and a provider is selected, Briick’s system supports scheduling and coordination between the selected Member, the Service Requester, and (where relevant) the tenant.
While Briick facilitates the connection, quoting, and booking process, we do not guarantee that the selected Member will accept the job, nor that the Service Requester will proceed with the selected Member.
