  • We’re serious about quality. To create a profile on Briick, you’ll need to provide:

    • Your business name and contact details

    • ABN or NZBN (registered business number)

    • Any required trade licences (if applicable)

    • Valid public liability insurance

  • It only takes 60 seconds. Complete our form and your Briick profile is live straight away — ready to share with clients. Unlike a traditional profile in a directory, this functions as your own standalone webpage.

  • A job referral is a qualified job opportunity sent directly to a tradie or service provider from one of our trusted partners — like a property manager, real estate agent, or landlord.

    Here’s what that means:

    • The job is vetted by Briick – it’s real and ready to go

    • We match it with tradies who fit the location, trade, and type of work

    • You’ll receive the full job details and can choose whether to accept it

    • It’s not a cold lead – it’s a warm, pre-qualified request from a Briick partnership

  • We receive a high volume of job requests from our property manager partners. When their go-to tradies or service providers are at full capacity — or they don’t have someone for the job — we pass those jobs to Briick Pro subscribers first.

    If our Pro members are also busy, we offer the job to Briick+ or Starter subscribers. If you win the job, you must use one of your Briick Advance Payment credits, and your payment will be guaranteed within 5 working day.

  • Cash flow is everything for small businesses. If getting paid faster helps you keep moving, this option’s for you.
    Briick fast job payouts means you'll get paid after the job has been completed. No need to worry about invoicing. We handle everything and pay you after each job is done.

    An 8% admin fee applies (e.g. $16 on a $200 job).

  • No. If a property manager has asked for you directly, it’s up to you — you can use Briick Fast Job Payment or get paid by them as usual.

    Briick Fast Job Payment is only required for jobs that come through Briick’s network.

  • If a property manager referred you, you’ve got two options:

    1. Skip the fee: Work directly with them and handle payment yourselves.

    2. Use Briick Fast Job Payment service: We handle invoicing and pay you immediately after the job has been completed into your bank account.
