Does the AI give credit advice?

No. The agent qualifies the borrower by capturing the scenario and booking the consult. It does not recommend lenders, products, or rates. Any product or rate question is routed to the broker through @Briicky.

How is the audit trail maintained?

Every call, SMS, email, and chat is recorded, transcribed, and indexed against the borrower record. Pullable in under sixty seconds for aggregator audits or ASIC reviews. Data retention is configurable to your aggregator's policy.
